Venture Hacks is an online service that enable professionals to find and connect with other professionals more effectively (the “Venture Hacks Service”). Any existing or new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including tools and resources, widgets which may be embedded in other web sites, RSS feeds, emails, chat rooms, and so on shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after the release of any new features shall constitute your consent to the Terms of Service with respect to those new features.
The Venture Hacks Service is not available to minors under the age of 18 or to any users suspended or removed from the system by Venture Hacks for any reason. Users may not have more than one active account. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process. Additionally, users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your Venture Hacks account to another party. If you do not qualify, you may not use the Venture Hacks Service.
Your use of the Venture Hacks Service is governed by this Terms of Service. Venture Hacks may refuse service without prior notice to any user for any or no reason.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account with or without your knowledge. If you knowingly provide your login and password information to another person, your account privileges may be suspended temporarily or terminated. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof, or any affiliation therewith, by Company.
You agree that Venture Hacks may, with or without cause, immediately terminate your Venture Hacks account and access to the Venture Hacks Service without prior notice, delete your profile and any content or information that you have posted on the site, prohibit you from using or accessing the Service (or any portion, aspect or feature of the Service). Without limiting the foregoing, the following will lead to a termination by Venture Hacks of a user’s use of the Venture Hacks Service (a) breaches or violations of this Terms of Service or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) unexpected technical issues or problems, and (e) extended periods of inactivity. Termination of your Venture Hacks account includes removal of access to all offerings within the Venture Hacks Service and may also bar you from further use of the Venture Hacks Service. Furthermore, you agree that all terminations shall be made in Venture Hacks’s sole discretion and that Venture Hacks shall not be liable to you nor any third-party for any termination of your account or access to the Venture Hacks Service.

In the course of using the Venture Hacks Service, users may provide information about themselves which may be visible to certain other users (see our Privacy Policy to learn more about information collected on this website).
You understand that by posting materials on the Venture Hacks website or otherwise providing materials to Venture Hacks, you authorize and direct us to make such copies thereof as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the posting and storage of the content on the site. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF NO FEES ARE PAID TO COMPANY FOR THE SERVICE, YOU SHALL BE LIMITED TO INJUNCTIVE RELIEF ONLY, UNLESS OTHERWISE PERMITTED BY LAW, AND SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FROM COMPANY, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION. IN NO EVENT WILL VENTURE HACKS' TOTAL CUMULATIVE DAMAGES EXCEED US $100.
Without limitation of the terms and conditions set forth in our Privacy Policy, you understand and agree that Venture Hacks may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce this Terms of Service, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Venture Hacks, its users, and the public.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE VENTURE HACKS SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND THAT VENTURE HACKS DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROMPT OR PROPER DELIVERY, OR RETENTION OF ANY USER INFORMATION OR COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN USERS. VENTURE HACKS ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR EXISTENCE OF ANY COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN USERS. VENTURE HACKS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
VENTURE HACKS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE VENTURE HACKS SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE VENTURE HACKS SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE VENTURE HACKS SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE VENTURE HACKS SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE VENTURE HACKS SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

The User agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Venture Hacks and governs your use of the Venture Hacks Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Company. The failure of Venture Hacks Inc. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of these Terms of Service shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Service and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The Terms of Service between you and Venture Hacks Inc. will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws principles. With respect to any disputes or claims, you agree not to commence or prosecute any action in connection therewith other than in the state and federal courts of California, and you hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to, venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of California.

You agree not to display or use these trademarks in any manner without Venture HacksŐs prior, written permission.
